Woman to Woman is our ministry for women across our Renewal locations, from the age of 16 upwards.

Our vision is simple, for women to Build Relationships, Share Life and Grow in Faith.
We enable this by a number of different offerings; Our Spiritual Mentoring Programme, Woman to Woman Labs, Face to Face Gatherings, Weekends Away and Online/Digital content.

Woman to Woman Labs

The name “labs” was inspired by scientific or technological laboratories. These are special, focused places that create opportunities to research and experiment, where scientists go on a journey of discovery, often through trial and error, where cures are found, understanding is deepened and ground breaking research takes place.

We wanted to give the women of Renewal the opportunity to do just that. The chance to explore a topic that is important to them.

The Labs are split into specific, small to mid-size groups based upon discussion topics and are facilitated by women from the church for whom the subject matter is pertinent and relevant. The aim is to allow time to meet some new people, discuss and explore solutions to common challenges or questions we find in our life and faith and to help each other grow whilst having FUN in the process!

No one has all the answers and no one is an expert but together we can live life as Jesus intended us to!

Gatherings

At times we recognise the need and power of coming together as women of God on a larger scale. Our in person gatherings provide opportunity for women to seek God, pray, worship in one place at the same time-together!

The format of these gatherings vary, we have held day conferences, worship nights and weekends away.

Mentoring – Woman to Woman Spiritual Mentoring Programme

Mentoring – defined as a relationship between two people where one (the Mentor) supports and challenges the other (the Mentee) in their personal growth and development. This relationship is based on an exchange of knowledge, experience and skills with the aim of maximising the Mentee’s potential and helping them become the person they want to be.

Discipleship – our aim when we commit our lives to Christ is to follow him and then in turn share and teach this way of life to others. Mentoring is a brilliant way to disciple others and be discipled yourself.

“And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”” (Matthew 28 v 18-20 ESV).

 

We know the importance of someone coming alongside another, providing Godly wisdom, challenge, guidance and encouragement.

Our programme is open to all women from Renewal (across any of our locations), from the age of 16 upwards. Each partnership will run for 6 months and can start throughout the year as soon as a suitable match is achieved.
