Jonny - Senior Pastor
Jonny is our Liverpudlian senior leader who is all about making Jesus famous in the Heart of the UK. Jonny is a live life to the full person, with family, at home, at play or work. Enthusiastic and passionate, Jonny loves to teach and make you smile or think!
Louise - Leadership & Speaking
Travel and health enthusiast Louise is passionate about serving God both at work and in the church. She balances her time between her role as an Inclusion & Diversity Officer, speaking in church, leading the women’s ministry and raising a family.

Justyn - Pastor of Care & Growth
Justyn has been at Renewal his whole life and has a heart to see people thrive and grow. Voracious reader, coffee drinker and occasional dancer, Justyn loves being with his family and eating crisps.
Leona - Chief Operating Officer
An established leader, Leona loves investing in her team of managers who cover all the operational requirements at Renewal. Wife to Max and mum to Jacob and Penelope, she also loves country walks with friends.
Robin - Chief Finance Officer
Rugby fan Robin is Renewal's CFO and manages the church finances. When not working, Robin will be found watching the rugby with his wife & fellow rugby fan, Rachel.
Andrew Shand - Operations Manager
A man of many trades! Andrew has a wealth of experience in the operations related sector. He's a father of three, husband to Katrina and an amazing man of God! We are so happy to have him on board our Renewal team.

Dean - Children's Pastor
Sports mad Dean leads our fantastic children’s ministry, Renewal Kids. When he is not encouraging his amazing team or making children laugh, you'll find him watching footie or enjoying a walk.
Joel - Youth Pastor
Joel has served as part of our youth team since 2015 and now leads youth across our locations. He is a massive movie fanatic and a huge football fan, whether it's playing or watching on terraces.
Nicola - Office Manager
Nicola is the brains behind the organised offices at Renewal Solihull. Outside of the office, Nicola loves hanging out with family and friends, going on holidays and eating out.
Karen - Groups Assistant Pastor
Coffee obsessed and always ready for a braai, South African born Karen is enthusiastic about people; their potential, their growth and their creativity. Karen believes in the importance of strong relationships and faith.
Naomi - Community Development Lead
Raised in the sunny south, Naomi loves being in the Midlands and getting stuck-in with all things community and outreach. When she is not at work, she can usually be found watching Married at First Sight!
