God knows what is best for you and for your life. Yes? No? Not sure?
In the Old Testament, there is a plan of salvation. Proverbs 16, is better understood as our ways and works, not our plans. At the core is you have something in your heart but you allow God to have the final word or direction. Not decrying business planning strategic plans for a personal development project, all of that you fail to prepare, you prepare to fail. Purpose is what human life searches for; to feel purposeful, that life has meaning. Question’s Christian’s tend to ask are “What is God’s plan for my life?” “What is my calling?” “What would people in Ukraine say at the moment?”
If what you are looking for is ‘living your best life’ I think you’ll find in following Jesus that is discontinued. The biggest thing God calls you too is to himself. The plans God has for you are to save you. From there, you are working out how best you can serve God.
What you do need to know is that GOD IS FOR YOU. God is not organising his agenda and plans around your self fulfilment, you are getting in on what God is doing.
